Mindful Monday Movement ( Gentle Yoga ) & Meditation

All are welcome to this community practice from 5-6:15 EST.
Mindful Monday practice combines meditation, mindful movement, and learning. Typically, we begin with 15 minutes of lightly guided sitting meditation, followed by 45 minutes of mindful movement and breath work. We close our practice with Shavasana, a resting posture. The last fifteen minutes we discuss a practice-related topic. This class is appropriate for everyone the movements can be done from a chair.
