Spring Mindful Monday Movement and Meditation

This class includes meditation, movement based on Hatha yoga, and a talk. You are invited to participate in the movements in a way that honors your body and that may be closing your eyes and imagining the body moving.
Mondays from 5 to 6 PM Eastern Time. Apr 18, 2020 through June 6th (No Class – May 30th, Memorial Day)
