The Power of Mindfulness
Have you heard of the countless benefits practicing mindfulness provides? The list is long and includes lowering stress, blood pressure, easing chronic pain, improving concentration, sleeping better, easing anxiety, and preventing depression relapses. However, the most important benefit may be learning to enjoy life and cultivate a sense of wellbeing. Especially in these times of the pandemic.
In this class, we learn about mindfulness as a practice, a science, and a lifestyle. We will learn how to practice mindful meditation and how to integrate it into our already busy lives.
